Our cancellation and returns policy lasts for 10 days. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Partial Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Please note that only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges 🔄

Gift Returns 🎁
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be processed to the gift giver.
